Wildflowers

The state comes alive from July to November when the wildflowers are at their best in their natural environment. Western Australia is well known as the wildflower capital of Australia. You can not help but be amazed at the enormity of all the flowers as we continue our adventure travel. Even if you are not a flower lover (is there such a thing?) you will be suitably impressed with them.

We travel over 4000km in our 11 day tour and go to some places (like Karijini) where the flowers are very different to those closer to Perth. This enables you to see a large range of different types of flowers.

If you wish to see more of the flowers we have a 1 day tour Wildflower tour that will enable you to spend more concentrating on the flowers. This 1 day tour not only includes the Pinnacles and New Norcia but a 1.6km walk amongst different flowers.

I have mentioned it a few times about photos but this nature photography will once again impress you with some spectacular opportunities. You will have plenty of opportunity to see these colourful flowers up close during our many destination site stops, but during this time of the year, when the flowers are at their finest, we will make a couple of stops for that special photo. (Once again if you want me to take your photo amongst this beautiful flora just ask).
