Crikey Adventure Tours reserves the right to alter the route or itinerary of its tour and arrange alternative carrier to those advertised if necessary. No refunds will be given in these circumstances, or in the event of any delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure.
We can not guarantee pick-up or drop-off times and are not liable for passenger failure to connect with other services or any associated costs incurred.
We will do our utmost to ensure the safety of your belongings however we accept no responsibility for loss/damage to personal belongings or baggage.
At Crikey Adventure Tours’ discretion a trip may not proceed if less than four people have booked.
Liability
Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our clients and their belongings, we can not be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to events which are beyond our control.
Crikey Adventure Tours recommends that you take out comprehensive travel insurance.
You understand and accept that the tour may require physical exertion. Passengers should also note that part of the tour involves a higher than normal level of risk and is undertaken at your own risk.
You agree to observe the safety and other instructions that the tour guide gives for the duration of the tour.
Disputes
Any legal disputes, which may arise, shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Western Australia.
Insurance
Travel insurance is not included. Crikey Adventure Tours recommends that you take out comprehensive travel insurance.
Smoking and Drinking
Australian Government regulations prohibit smoking and the drinking of alcohol inside tourist vehicles in Australia. Smoking should be limited to planned stops along the way.
Cancellation Policy
Fees will be charged in the event of booking cancellations:
14 Days - 30 Days 25% of Fare 2 Days - 14 Days 50% of Fare Within 48 Hours 100% of Fare
