Gnomesville at Ferguson Valley is amazing when you stroll around looking at all the gnomes.

Gnomesville is located at the roundabout at Wellington Mill and Ferguson Road in the Ferguson Valley.

The story goes that this amazing phenomenon started when a group of Dardanup Primary School students mentioned there was a traffic hazard at the intersection during a mock council meeting. The council heard about it and started building the roundabout. A local Wellington Mills resident placed a single gnome at the site of the roundabout as a silent protest against the controversial project. More gnomes soon came to join the silent protestor and soon the site had become a large gnome community.

Gnomesville

Gnomesville is now the home to over 1000 gnomes scattered everywhere – in the bush, up trees, along various pathways. You may walk in one direction and think you have seen them and then one will be hiding behind a log or looking at you from the tree.

Gnomes

It is really a community in the true sense of the word. The is a group of gnomes playing cricket, flying planes, having parties and many other type of activities.

You will meet the Rolling Gnomes, see the Gnoman Empire, realise there is No Place Like Gnome and so on with many other Gnome Puns. This has really led to a national and even international feel to it. There are gnomes from Broome, Sydney even New York and London.

Gnomesville

We will spend some time strolling through "the little people" and I am sure you will be impressed by the scale of what commenced with one simple gnome. Please feel free to bring your own gnome and leave here as a mark of your visit - you must come up with a Gnome pun though.

In addition to the puns mentioned above, look out for the Metro-gnome, Gnome Alone, Gnomely Child, they even have Gnome Birth Centre and Funeral Gnome. Have a look here where Gnomesville is part of our 2 day weekend tour and our 5 Day Best of the South Tour.
