First year we camped. Our next door neighbours used our tent as a urinal outside their football oval and night club. The music was fantastic! JBT, Panics, The Grates!!! which i heard from the simmo's van. Got to love a quality down south icecream on a hot January day! Fresh from the south west, Harvey cream hopefully! Go local, you know, west aussie job's and all.We are in a recession. Look after your own.
Third year picked up aluminum can's up for my kings of leon shirt, better half chose the gurg!! and my friend went the gurg!! KOL rocked!! The waifs where a treat while i was saving the world from intoxicated greenies. I was sober. Drug free event not. Take a breath in and you get high or drunk!! the stalls rocked especially eco chicks and unsunk funk from bunbury!! Lots of original pieces of uniquely crafted designs from geneieve daley! with a social/ environmental concious.
The Yeah Yeah yeahs 2010. Need I say more. It is the one day of the year all of my ego 's morph into one and I feel complete: hippie; groupie; vego; artist; individual; alternate; edgy! different; liberated; inspired; worldly; free; happy; rich/poor! Connected!!It's me. Love the music....spread the word. Peace, love and all that jazz!
Go global. support a good cause. Busselton needs all the support it can get to retain such a great venue and range of artists in the same vacinity for country people!!
Rock on. We are listening on the airways. You can't stop the music. It sends a message, transends words. Bring it on...Daly mob. it's an annual event.
Log on. Eyes wide open and live the dream at least enjoy the music responsibly. We are all there to have a good time, Designate a skipper and enjoy the ride.
Cheers,
Daly mob.
