37 Day Australia Sightseeing Camping Tour Western Australia Northern Territory
If you have itchy feet and want to see Australia sightseeing this is the ultimate tour. We leave Perth travel north via Kalbarri, Coral Bay, Karijini National Park, Broome, Darwin, Alice Springs, Uluru, Kalgoorlie, Esperance, Albany, Margaret River and return to Perth.
Our Australia sightseeing tour is a camping tour for 37 days with just about everything supplied. As it is a 37 day tour we break the camping up a little bit with 6 nights in a hostel/on-site van where you supply your own meals. Other than that all camping gear is supplied, meals are provided, entry to National Parks and other tours are all included.

Day 1 PERTH - KALBARRI
Our tour leaves Perth 7am. We travel north to our first stop at Nambung National Park where we see the mysterious Pinnacles. We then travel through Geraldton seeing the Leaning Tree arriving at Kalbarri for the night. L/D

Day 2 KALBARRI - MONKEY MIA
Today we visit the Kalbarri National Park at Ross Graham and Hawks Head Lookout. On the road again we visit the historic Stromatolites, call into Shell Beach and then into Monkey Mia for the night - all in the Shark Bay World Heritage Area. B/L/D

Day 3 MONKEY MIA - CORAL BAY
We see the feeding of the Dolphins at Monkey Mia this morning, then drive through Carnarvon and into Coral Bay for the next three nights. B/L/D

Today you have a Glass-bottom boat/snorkelling tour with the rest of the day a free day. B/L/D

A free day at Coral Bay to enjoy the magnificent Ningaloo Reef area. B/L/D

Day 6 CORAL BAY - KARIJINI NP
Leaving the ocean behind we head bush to the spectacular Karijini National Park via Tom Price (the highest town in Western Australia). We restock food supplies arriving at Karijini for the evening. B/L/D

Day 7 KARIJINI NP - KARIJINI NP
Today we start exploring the spectacular gorges for which Karijini is famous for. We visit Oxer Lookout where four gorges meet, then climb down Handrail Pool and Hancock Gorge where we have to “spider walk” to reach Kermits Pool. We stay at Savannah Eco Camping grounds tonight. B/L/D

Day 8 KARIJINI NP - INDEE STATION
We start the day with Joffre Falls, then calling into the Visitors Centre and visit Circular Pool, Fortescue Falls and Fern Pool in the afternoon. We continue on to Indee Station for the night. B/L/D (Just as an aside, we have Fern Pool as the head page on our website as we think it is rather special).

Day 9 INDEE STATION - BROOME
Back on the road again, we continue back out to the North West Coastal Highway making our way to Broome for the night. B/L/D

Day 10 BROOME - BROOME
We visit Cable Beach this morning and I drop you off at your first Hostel/Van stay. B/L (you provide your own dinner tonight).

A free day for you today where you stay at the hostel/van again tonight and provide your own meals for the day. (You may wish to visit Willie Creek Pearl Farm; have a camel ride at Cable Beach or visit China Town).

Day 12 BROOME - WINDJANA GORGE
We pick you up after breakfast and continue our tour north visiting Derby, seeing the Boab Prison Tree, then into Windjana Gorge. L/D

Day 13 WINDJANA GORGE - HALLS CREEK
We visit Tunnel Creek this morning then back out onto the highway staying at Halls Creek for the night. B/L/D.

We make our way into the Bungle Bungles this morning visiting these magnificent domes camping in the Bungle Bungles for the night. B/L/D.

We visit more of the Bungle Bungles this morning then make our way back out and up to Kununurra for the night. B/L/D

This morning we travel on the northern part of the famous Gibb River Road visiting the magnificent Emma Gorge falls and also the Zebedee Springs. B/L/D

A day to relax at Lake Argyle. You may wish to pay for a boat tour on this huge lake or just enjoy the lovely infinity pool. B/L/D

Back on the road we arrive into Northern Territory making our camp at Edith Falls. B/L/D

Day 19 EDITH FALLS - LITCHFIELD NP
We arrive at Litchfield National Park where we see Wangi Falls and camp in the NP for the night. B/L/D

Day 20 LITCHFIELD NP - DARWIN
We spend more time exploring Litchfield National Park including Florence Falls then a short drive to Darwin where you do not have to put up your tent for the next two nights. I will drop you at your hostel/van where you provide your own dinner. B/L

A free day for you today. You will be staying in your hostel/van again tonight and will be providing your own meals for the day.

Day 22 DARWIN - KAKADU NP
We pick you up after breakfast and travel on the Arnhem Highway to Kakadu. We visit Bowali Visitor Centre explore Kakadu camping in Kakadu for the night. L/D

Day 23 KAKADU NP – MATARANKA
Exploring more of Kakadu today visiting some of the most amazing Aboriginal Art on Rocks in Australia. We arrive at Mataranka for the night. B/L/D

Leaving Mataranka, we continue south via Three Ways Roadhouse arriving and Tennant Creek and onto Devil's Marbles for the night. B/L/D

We see Devil's Marbles arriving at “Alice” where I drop you at your hostel/van for the night where you provide your own dinner. B/L

Picking you up after breakfast, we visit the West MacDonnell Ranges including Simpson's Gap, Standley Chasm and Ormiston Gorge arriving at Redbank Gorge where we make a bush camp for the night. L/D

We make our way to Palm Valley and see this amazing place camping here for the night. B/L/D

We see Kings Canyon this morning and arrive at Yulara in time to see Uluru at sunset. B/L/D

Day 30 YULARA - WARAKURNA
We visit Uluru this morning with a chance to climb it or as many people do take a part walk around the base. From here we visit Kata Tjuta (The Olgas) and then we commence our drive on the Great Central Hwy arriving at Warakurna for the night. Today is spent mainly on Gravel Road where you experience the Real Outback. B/L/D

Day 31 WARAKURNA - LAVERTON
Continuing on we get back to sealed road and Laverton for the night. B/L/D

Leaving Laverton we call into the Super Pit Mine at Kalgoorlie then onto Cape Le Grand National Park for the night. B/L/D

We spend the day at Cape Le Grand seeing some of the most spectacular beaches in Western Australia. B/L/D.

Leaving Esperance behind we travel to Hyden visiting Wave Rock - then into the Stirling Ranges for the night. B/L/D

This morning we drive to Denmark where we visit an animal farm, then into Valley of the Giants and Tree Top Walk. Then onto Pemberton for the night where we can climb Gloucester Tree. B/L/D

Day 36 PEMBERTON – MARGARET RIVER
This morning we drive to Augusta for a tour through Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse and Jewel Cave, then into Margaret River where we visit wineries for which Margaret River is famous for, plus the Margaret River Chocolate Factory. B/L/D

Day 37 MARGARET RIVER - PERTH
Leaving Margaret River we pass through Busselton, then onto Gnomesville and Honeymoon Pool and arrive back to Perth after 37 amazing adventure fun-filled days with a huge variance in scenery, locations, activities etc plus over 13,000km of travel. B/L
