Bus trip to the AFL Grand Final from Perth to Melbourne

Want to go to the 2011 AFL Grand Final?

Your 2011 AFL Grand Final Tour Package is for

  • 11 Days with all camping accommodation and meals supplied - sorry not the Grand Final tickets.

Our bus will leave Perth Monday 19 September 6.30am - returning Thursday 29 September. We will incorporate a number of spectacular sites there and back.

    Places we visit include:

  • Travel across the Nullarbor Plain
  • Sovereign Hill Ballarat (named Australia’s major tourist attraction 2005/06)
  • Barossa Valley wine tour, tasting and the Whispering Wall
  • Great Australian Bight
  • Bunda Cliffs
  • Fraser Range Station
  • The Super Pit Mine Kalgoorlie-Boulder

We will arrive in Melbourne on Thursday evening (in time for the Grand Final Parade on Friday). We will get you there and back - supply all camping equipment (tents, mattresses, sleeping bags, pillows) - with all home cooked (or tour cooked) meals supplied.

If you are not into camping then don't worry because while we are in Melbourne we are staying in a 5 star caravan park just minutes from the Melbourne CBD. It even has a pool, sauna and spa!

All this in our air-conditioned coach for just $2200. That's $2200 that includes transport to and from Melbourne, accommodation and food - (sorry not the grand final tickets). Group discounts available.

Yes, this is me with the real 2006 AFL Grand Final Cup

Contact us for more information about the AFL Grand Final, or ring Ian on 0437 948 535.

PS. If you only require the transport and already have accommodation in Melbourne, then contact us for a reduced "travel only" price

Note: Travel is subject to a minimum number of passengers with a maximum of 14 in our 21 seater bus. (A bit of room to spread out on a long trip). If the bus trip is cancelled a full refund of money will be given. However, if we do go and you change your mind at the last minute (perhaps your team didn’t make the Grand Final?) – no refund will be given but the tickets are fully transferable.

Have a look at our AFL Grand Final Itinerary for your magnificent 11 days.

Other Special Event tours we have include -

  • We have our normal Extended Tours
  • Tamworth Country Music Festival Tour
  • Southbound Festival at Busselton
  • Tasmania Tour - Group bookings accepted for any time.
  • Melbourne Cup and Spring Racing Carnival
  • A Day on the Green concert
  • Formula 1 Grand Prix

Tell us your Favourite AFL football Team or Player.

If you are into AFL you must have a favourite team or a favourite player. It doesn’t have to be a current player - maybe a past legend. Who is the best player you have ever seen play and why? Tell us all and let others argue with you. Let us know of a time you went to the football and why it was so special. I could start by saying I saw James Hird play his last game at Subiaco Oval and Kevin Sheedy coach his last game for the mighty Bombers after 27 years as their coach, but please you write us a story.
